Cesar was my bosses dog and I adopted him and gave him a beautiful life from when he was 4 on. I knew Cesar right from the start at 10 weeks old. He loved to cuddle and loved to play with his favorite pineapple. He did not know what boundaries were and not one of us complained! My son LOVED Cesar and calls for him every morning.
