Pandora came into our lives 12 years ago through a rescue, and from the moment I saw her, I knew she was meant to be ours.
We were walking around the Scottsdale Quarter when we came across a rescue group with puppies. The moment I saw Pandora, I fell in love with her, and we bonded almost instantly. I wasn’t sure how she would get along with our other dog, so the rescue offered to let us take her home for a weekend sleepover to see how things went.
When I brought her back to the car and joined my husband, he looked at me and asked, “What have you done?”
I told him, “We only have to keep her for the weekend. If it doesn’t work out, we can bring her back on Monday.”
He looked at me, then looked at Pandora, and simply said, “What part of you actually thinks you’re going to bring this puppy back?”
And, of course, he was right.
The rest is history.
Pandora became a deeply loved member of our family. For 12 wonderful years, she filled our lives with love, companionship, and so many memories that we will carry with us forever.
We will always be grateful that our paths crossed that day. She was, and always will be, a special part of our family.
We will love you always, Pandora, and we will miss you forever. ❤️
